Miranda Forry enters her firstseason with the Tigers in 2011-12 as Pacific's Director ofBasketball Operations.
Forry played four seasons in theBig West at UC Irvine from 2004-2008, averaging 7.4 points per gameand 4.4 rebounds per game her senior season as Anteaters teamcaptain. She averaged 7.5 points and 4.1 rebounds as a junior, andappeared in over 100 games in her career.
Following her playing career, shewas an assistant coach for the girls junior varsity basketball teamat San Marin High School. She also served as head coach of theStrictly Hoops AAU team in Marin.
In June of 2009, Forry was namedassistant coach for the women's basketball team at the Academy ofArt University in San Francisco, helping the team to a fourth placefinish in the Pacific West Conference in 2010-11.
She also served as a Camp Coach andAssistant to the Camp Director for the Tara Hoops Summer.

"I believe in Coach Roberts'philosophy and the direction of this program. I cannot wait tolearn from her and my peers while contributing to building Pacificinto the program we know it will be. Miranda also was a former Big West basketball player, havingplayed and graduated from UC Irvine. Both of those past experiencesadd significant value to her position here. She brings an instantenthusiasm to the program and we feel fortunate to have her here inour Pacific Tiger family."
