Jovana Subasic enters her second season on the Tiger staff in 2023-24.  

She finished her career playing two seasons at Oregon State. In 2021, the Beavers advanced to the Round of 32 in the NCAA tournament, knocking off Florida State in the opening round. While on campus, she gained experience in data analytics and data visualization for scouting, recruiting and player development while competing at the highest level of college basketball.

She began her collegiate career at Washington State, playing three seasons for the Cougars. The 6'4 forward averaged 8.4 points and 4.0 rebounds in her third season in Pullman (2019-20). She scored a career-best 19 points against UC Irvine and grabbed a career-best 11 rebounds against BYU that season. 

Subasic played in the top Serbian League on the OKK SABAC club team before immigrating to the United States to pursue basketball. She played on the Serbian U16 National Team (2012-13), U18 National Team (2014-15) and U19 National Team (2015-16). She has coached all levels of players, including college and professional level basketball players. 

Subasic earned a bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance from Washington State and an MBA and an MSB in Business Analytics from Oregon State.
