Biography

"Ande is a great addition to ourprogram.  She is a legitimate 6-4 post that does all thelittle things very well – she is a great shot blocker, runsthe floor well, plays hard, is an excellent post passer, and has anice mid-range jump shot," said head coach Lynne Roberts. "I thinkshe can be a legitimate post presence for us in the Big West. Sheis also a fantastic student and is a tremendous fit to our programand University."

A Pre-Season All-America Honorable Mention by The Sporting News,Lampert was one of three Colorado seniors to earn the honor,joining Katie Heckman (Duke) and Lauren Higgins (Colorado). Playedin 12 games before her season was cut short by injury. Lampert averaged 11.3 points per game as a senior at Boulder HighSchool in Colorado while grabbing 5.9 rebounds per contest. Led thePanthers in free throw shooting at .782 (50-of-64) and rebounds pergame. Was second on the team in scoring, blocks (11), and totalrebounds (71). Also added 12 steals and 9 assists on the year.Posted a double-double with 14 points and a season-high 10 reboundsin a win over Wheat Ridge (Dec. 6). Tallied a season-high 20 pointsagainst Legacy (Dec. 8), with eight rebounds. Scored indouble-digits in six of 12 games.

As a junior, Lampert was an All-League selection and ranked in thetop 65 at her position by ESPN and top 50 by The Sporting News. Shefinished the season with a scoring average of 11.1 points per gameto go with nine rebounds per contest. She also tallied 3.5 blockedshots per game which led the entire state, at all divisions.

Also played AAU ball for Kim Thompson''s Boulder Rockies.
