2009 (Junior):
Jeff saw limited action in his third season, appearing in two games for the Tigers. He notched a goal against Occidental on Sept. 12, and finished the season with one steal and assist.

2008 (Sophomore):
In his second season, Jeff appeared in four games for the Tigers, scoring one goal on one attempt

2007 (Freshman):
Appearing in three games for Pacific in his first season, Jeff tallied one steal and one assist for the Tigers.

High School:
Hoornaert attended St. Mary's High School in Stockton, Calif., where he competed in football, basketball, swimming, and water polo. He earned his team's MVP award in 2004 and in 2006 and was named his team's Defensive Player of the Year in 2005.

Personal:
Jeff Hoornaert was born in Stockton, Calif., and is the son of Jon and Daime Hoornaert. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games. In his third year at Pacific, he is a sport sciences major.
