Biography

2011 (Freshman):
Cavazos redshirted his first year at Pacific.

High School:
 Cavazos prepped at Valley Christian High School in San Jose, Calif.. He earned First Team All-Central Coast Section honors under coach Caleb Carlson and was selected to the CCS Senior All-Star team.

Personal:
 Cavazos was born in San Jose, Calif., and is the son of Albert and Tamara Cavazos. He has an older brother, Francisco, who was a national champion in karate in 2000-01. Cavazos’s hobbies include swimming and hanging out with friends. In his first year at Pacific, he is majoring in English and plans to pursue a career in journalism.
