Returning to her alma mater, Martins begins her first season back in the athletic training facility as the Tigers' newest Assistant Director. Martins will work with the aquatic sports throughout her tenure at Pacific as she will be on the deck and poolside for both men's and women's water polo and men's and women's swimming.

Prior to returning to Pacific, Rosie spent time at Penn State where she was an Assistant Athletic Trainer. Her duties with the Nittany Lions found her on the track as she was responsible for both the men's and women's track teams as well as Penn State's cross country squad. 

Martins earned her MSE from Kansas in 2010 after picking up her BA from Pacific in 2008. At Kansas, Rosie got her first experience with track and field as she worked with both track teams as well as the cross country team.
