Biography
2009 (Junior):
Austin recorded 16 goals in 30 games for the Tigers. He led the team in steals (44) and assists (31). In Pacific's season opener against MIT, Delong set his season high three goals.
2008 (Sophomore):
Austin appeared in 30 games for the Tigers, scoring 28 goals on 85 attempts in his sophomore season. He was second on the team with a 32.9 scoring percentage, and finished the season with 15 assists and 38 steals.
2007 (Freshman):
Austin appeared in all 31 games for Pacific, scoring four goals on nine attempts. A defensive force, Delong notched 17 steals and six assists on the season, showing his versatility as a player.
High School:
Delong attended Cypress Creek High School in Houston, Texas, where he helped led his team to a four-year overall record of 101-11. He earned all-state honors as a sophomore, a junior, and a senior, and in 2006, he was the MVP in the state.
Personal:
Austin Delong was born in Houston, Texas, and is the son of Konrad and Angela Delong. In his free time, he enjoys competing in sports and playing video games. In his fourth year at Pacific, he is a business administration major.
