Represented Pacific on the WCC All-Conference Teams by earning Second-Team nods… broke the school record for assists in a season with 191, topping Leonard Armato’s mark of 178 in 1873-74… ranked top-25 in the nation in both assists and assists per game… averaged 13.5 points and 5.8 assists per outing… led the WCC in steals with 1.7 per game… turned in three double doubles, including two in points and assists and one in points and rebounds… won WCC Player of the Week after a heroic 40-point effort at Washington State which included a game-winning three at the buzzer in overtime as he played all 45 minutes and was a whopping 16-of-22 from the field and 4-of-6 from three… became the first Pacific student-athlete to win WCC Player of the Week in over two years… turned in 23 double-figure scoring games… tallied at least 20 points three times… registered at least 30 points twice and 40 points once… career-high 10 rebounds to go along with 31 points in a win at LMU… dished out at least 10 assists three times including a career-high and school record 15 against Jessup… ranked top-five in the WCC in minutes (34.4 mpg) and free throw percentage (.840)… started in all 33 games and played 40 minutes (or more) six times
2023-24 (Sophomore, Texas Tech)
Played in all 30 games and averaged 2.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game… scored a season-high eight points in a home win over Omaha… recorded a season-high five rebounds, three assists and four points against No. 1 Houston in the Big 12 Tournament semifinals… dished out a season-high four assists in the season opener against Texas A&M-Commerce… tallied seven points and three assists against Villanova in the Battle 4 Atlantis.
2022-23 (Freshman, Texas Tech)
Played in all 32 games during his first season at Tech with three starts… Averaged 3.4 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 0.9 steals for the season… Had a career-high 13 points and five steals in a win over No. 13 Kansas State at home on Feb. 11… Was 4-for-7 from the field with two 3-pointers in the 13-point performance where he also had two steals… Scored in double figures in two games during the season after also having 12 points against Nicholls in non-conference play where he was 12-for-17 from the free-throw line… Made his first career start against Oklahoma on January 7 and finished with six points and six rebounds… Washington had eight points in the regular-season finale against Oklahoma State and finished the Big 12 schedule averaging 3.1 points per conference game… Recorded a career-high seven rebounds in wins over Nicholls and Louisville… He had three games with five assists (Nicholls, at Baylor, and OSU) and finished third on the team in total assists (57) and total steals (29)… Finished the season shooting 34-for-80 (42.5 percent) with seven 3-pointers.

Averaged 13.3 points, 4.5 assists and 5.7 rebounds per game as a senior at Arizona Compass Prep… A Portland, Oregon native and ESPN 4-star recruit, Washington had a junior season where he averaged 31.2 points, 10.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game at Jefferson High School. A 6-foot-4 hybrid guard… He played his senior season at Arizona Compass Prep School before enrolling at Texas Tech…. Washington was named the 2021 Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year along with Oregon Max Prep Player of the Year after a junior season where in the first game of the year he went for 52 points with nine 3-pointers to go along with 11 rebounds and seven assists… Scored 2,135 points in his high school career along with having 705 rebounds and 823 assists… Washington would also have a 48-point performance as a junior and scored 30 or more points in nine games… He was named the Portland Interscholastic League Player of the Year and to its first team playing for head coach Pat Strickland… Along with his high school career, Washington plays for Dream Vision which won the 2021 Adidas 3SSB 17U Championship. He was named the MVP of the tournament… also played football in high school and was coached by Houston Lillard, the older brother of Damian Lillard.

His grandfather Frank Swopes played basketball at Idaho State and is in the school's hall of fame...
