Biography
Senior (2015-16)
Won 11 singles matches and 10 doubles matches in his senior campaign. Went 9-8 at second singles and posted a 2-1 record at third singles. Went 4-3 in singles in WCC play. Posted a straight-set win over No. 103 Vasco Valverde of San Francisco (Feb. 20). Picked up five singles wins against teams ranked in the Top 75. His 10-6 doubles record included a 4-2 mark in WCC matches. Went 9-3 in doubles when paired with Alex Giannini, added a 1-0 mark with Lance Ngo. Three of his doubles matches wins were against teams ranked in the Top 75. Earned WCC Doubles Player of the Week honors with Alex Giannini on Feb. 23. Named to the WCC All-Academic Team.
2014-15 (Junior)
Daniel earned All-Tournament At West Coast Conference Championships. He was 11-9 overall in singles and 15-7 overall in doubles play. He and partner Marlon Brand secured four WCC wins against No. 59 San Francisco, No. 74 Portland, Gonzaga, and BYU.
2013-14 (Sophomore)
Daniel earned All-West Coast Conference Second Team Doubles honors with his partner Marlon Brand. They won 10 matches on the year, playing all but two times at No. 1 doubles. He was 10-11 in singles action, including 4-7 in dual matches.
2012-13 (Freshman)
Daniel had an outstanding freshman season for the Tigers, earning All-Big West Conference Honorable Mention honors ... He also earned Big West Conference Player of the Week honors, on March 27 after picking up wins against New Mexico and Gonzaga ... He was 20-10 overall in singles competition, finishing with the second most victories on the team ... Daniel had a stretch with 11 wins in 12 matches over two months (Feb. 16-Apr. 14) ... Alameh was 14-6 in doubles play, which was even more impressive given the fact that he had six different partners on the year.
High School
Daniel attended the School of Isolated and Distant Education in Perth, Australia ... He was named the Athlete of the Year as a junior in 2011 ... He also played for the Wembley Downs Tennis Club.

Daniel Alameh is the son of Professor Kamal and Vivian Alameh ... Born in Kogarah, Sydney he comes to Pacific from Perth, Australia ... He is a sports medicine major.
