Jamieson Cox

Jamieson joined thePacific Tennis Team's for his first year as a graduate assistantcoach in the Summer of 2012.  Last year, he assisted RyanRedondo and Charlotte Scatliffe with in office duties, on courtpractice, and traveled more home and away matches for bothteams.

A graduateof Pennsylvania State University, Cox played for the NittanyLions as part of the highest ranked recruiting class to ever attendthe university. A three-time All-Big10 all-academic selection and amember of the Student Athlete Advisory Board, Cox was instrumentalin the leadership of the Nittany Lions program. In addition toplaying, Jamieson spent time coaching as a full-time assistantcoach at the Elite Tennis Academy in Atlanta, GA.

Most recently, Cox was acoach at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center inFlushing Meadows in New York City where he mentored and coached alllevels of tennis players. Prior to coming to Pacific to continuehis education and get back into college tennis, Cox spent a yearand a half at GQ Magazine in New York City.

Jamieson is currentlypursuing a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the MastersInternational PEACE CORPS/ MBA Program at Pacific. He plans to jointhe Peace Corps upon the conclusion of his MBA program.
