Biography

2019 (Senior)
Appeared in 15 matches for Pacific with nine starts. Tallied a goal and an assist in a 2-0 shutout win over UC Davis (9/19), one of his two goals on the season. Scored the game-winner in a 1-0 decision at Portland (10/12). Tallied seven shots on goal for the season and played 731 minutes.

2018 (Junior)
Played in 15 games with 11 starts for the Tigers. Tied for fourth on the team with two goals, also added an assist. Recorded his first career assist on Oct. 28 at San Diego. Had his best game of the year in a 4-2 win over UC Irvine (9/23) with two goals on five shots. Started in the first 11 games of the season then appeared in the next four as a substitute. Did not play in the last four games of the year.

2017 (Sophomore)
Appeared in 17 games with 15 starts. Tied for second on the team with 12 points and scored six goals. Scored two goals in as many games, tallying the game-winner against West Virginia (10/1) and scoring against Santa Clara (10/18). Scored the game-winner against Gonzaga (11/11).  Was named an All-WCC Honorable Mention and earned WCC Player of the Week for the week of October 16. 

2016 (Freshman)
Saw action in 12 games in his first season donning the Orange and Black, logging eight shots on the year. Netted his first collegiate goal in the 77th minute of the Tigers' NCAA Tournament First Round match against CSUN (11/17).

High School
He was the leading scorer for North Torrance High School under coach Robert Rivas. A four-year varsity letter winner and three-year captain for the Saxons, he was the team’s MVP his senior year, and an All-Pioneer League First Team selection. He earned All-Area Second Team honors, the Sammy Saxon Athlete of the Year award, as well as the Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award for 2016. He was a Faculty Honor Roll honoree with a GPA over 3.5 for seven semesters.

Branche also ran track, competing in 100, 200, 400 meters individually and on the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams. As a freshman, he helped set a school record in the 4x100.
