Biography

2023-24 (Senior)
Appeared in 30 games and made 27 starts. Shot .374 from the field, .321 at the three-point line and .773 from the free throw line. Averaged 10.7 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game while leading Pacific with 1.7 steals per game. Notched 16 double-figure performances. Tallied first 20-point performance and career-high eight assists against LMU (Jan. 11). Registered career-high seven steals against Gonzaga in the WCC semifinals (Mar. 11). Selected to WCC All-Academic Team Honorable Mention.

2022-23
Fit right in with the Tigers, playing 29 games in her first season at Pacific as the Tiger sixth woman. Was second on the team for field goal percentage, 44.8 percent. Averaged 6.1 points per game. Set career bests in steals (4) against LMU (Feb. 2) during the team's five-game win streak. Set a career high in rebounding against Academy of Arts (Nov. 22) with 12 rebounds. 

2021-22 (Junior, North Dakota State)
Appeared in 18 games with eight starts. Logged 18.7 minutes per contest. Averaged 6.3 points and 3.7 rebounds per game. Shot 41.9 percent (36-86) from the field and 30.4 percent (7-23) from three. Created 19 steals. Reached double digits in scoring in four games. Netted a season-high 14 points against Bradley (Dec. 4).

2020-21 (Sophomore, North Dakota State)
Appeared in 20 games, including a start against Western Illinois (Jan. 3). Became eligible on Dec. 16 when NCAA waived transfer rule. Played a season-high 29 minutes against South Dakota (March 8). Scored a season-high 12 point against Oral Roberts (Feb. 5). Scored in double figures in six games, including three of the final five games. Was 8-for-8 at the free throw line against Oral Roberts (Feb. 5). Had a season-high seven rebounds against Denver (Jan. 22) and Kansas City (Jan. 29). 

2019-20 (Freshman, Northern Colorado)
Deaton appeared in the first 12 games, including six starts, for the Bears as a freshman before leaving the team. She averaged 8.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game. She had 18 points and eight rebounds in a win over Air Force, while scoring 14 points in games against San Francisco, Colorado State and Chattanooga. Deaton scored seven points against third-ranked Stanford.

High School
Deaton was ranked the 58th best guard and 183rd player overall by ESPN coming out of high school at Wausau West...During her senior year of high school, Deaton averaged 19.8 points, 8.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game...She had three games scoring 30 or more points during her senior season, while scoring a career-high 32 during her junior season...A three-time all-conference selection, Deaton was a unanimous selection her final two years...Deaton was also an all-conference soccer player in high school.

Personal
Daughter of Kristy and Tracy Deaton. Has three sisters, Caitlin, Kiley and Kenzie. Majoring in exercise science.
