Accessible Entrance

Guest with a disability or mobility issues may use the front entrance of the Douglass M. Eberhardt Aquatics Center. If guests have a VIP pass and need to get down to the pool desk, they may use the accessibility ramp inside the front entrance.

Concessions

Fans can exit the venue to visit Stagg Memorial Football Plaza where a variety of Stockton’s food trucks are on hand to provide refreshments.

Fan Conduct

University of the Pacific promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. Please treat all players, coaches and team representatives in a positive manner. Profanity, racial, sexist comments or other intimidating actions will not be tolerated. Thank you for your cooperation.

If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game or event, please contact an Event Team Member for assistance.

Parking

Visitors to the campus between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays must purchase a temporary parking permit for their vehicle through the Passport Parking app. Visitors can find an open parking spot in "A", "B", or "C" lots. Posted signage will indicate these mobile payment zones and how to purchase hourly parking. Fans should plan to park in Lot 1 or Lot 2, both off Larry Heller Drive, for the closest access to the Douglass M. Eberhardt Aquatics Center.

Note: Parking if free after 5 p.m. on weekdays and on Saturday and Sunday.

Prohibited Items

• Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks)
• Aerosol and Spray Cans
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Irritants (i.e., noisemakers, air horns, etc.)
• Food of any kind
• Weapons
• Dogs and other pets (service animals are allowed)
• Video recording devices, tripods (videotaping of games is prohibited)
• Any projectile or object that could cause injury if thrown onto the playing field or into the seating areas

Restrooms

There will be portable bathrooms for fans to use just outside of the venue and the restrooms in the Janssen-Lagorio Performance Center will be available for fans to use.
