Jeremy Neisser enters his fourth year as the Pacific athletic marketing and sales manager in 2016-17. He oversees all ticket sales and corporate partnerships for the athletics department.
Since arriving in 2013, Pacific Athletics attendance numbers have increased across the board, including a record-breaking attendance mark for baseball in 2016. Corporate partnerships have tripled in the number of partners and revenue since 2013 under Neisser’s direction. He has developed some of the most popular event promotions including Education Day for women’s basketball, Fireworks Nights for baseball and Damon Stoudamire Bobblehead Giveaway Night for men’s basketball. His connections within the community have provided Pacific tremendous exposure through non-sporting events including hosting the District 8 Little League sign-ups where 1,200 area little leaguers sign up to play youth baseball in Stockton and the Los Tigres’ School Program where 2,500 area Hispanic-speaking school children received a school assembly from the men’s and women’s soccer team.
Prior to Pacific, Neisser spent 13 years in Minor League Baseball as a marketing and promotions director. He was the only executive in all of minor league baseball to receive the “Promotion of the Year” award three times having won this award for his creation of the Dallas Braden Bobble-belly, the Jose Canseco/Gary Hogan Boxing Match and Bobble-Election giveaway of President Barack Obama and John McCain. Each promotion garnered national media attention including recognition on ESPN, CBS Sports, NBC Sports and CNN. Neisser also received the coveted "Bob Freitas Promotional Team of the Year Award” twice, once during his time with the Sacramento River Cats and with the Birmingham Barons. As a result, he is widely regarded as one of the top marketing and promotions minds in minor league baseball. Jeremy has been a sought after speaker for sports marketing and promotions conventions speaking on topics of fan engagement, partnership activation, marketing outreach and developing a promotional schedule that resonates with fans. He most recently served as the Senior Director of Marketing for the Stockton Ports from 2010-13. During his three years with the Ports he created many popular promotions and developed extremely effective marketing campaigns resulting in the highest single-season attendance record in 2013 breaking the mark set in 2005 when Banner Island Ballpark opened. He has worked for five different minor league baseball franchises that all achieved record-breaking crowds and setting their attendance records.
