Biography
Eakles is a 6-8 forward and will join the Tigers as a sophomore. He is a skilled post who can play both post positions. He redshirted his first year of college at Seattle University before transferring to Fullerton College in Fullerton, Calif. In 2010-11, Adam averaged 9.3 points and and a team-best 93.3 rebounds per game for the Hornets. Against Cypress College on Feb. 9, he had season highs with 22 points and 10 rebounds for his lone double-double of the season. He is from Woodland, Calif. and attended Woodland High School. Adam led Woodland HS to the Tri-County Conference playoffs in his junior and senior seasons, and was named Team MVP in each year. Helping his team to a 21-8 record in 2008-09, he led the league with 17 points per game, and also had 163 rebounds and 48 blocked shots.
