2018 (Redshirt-Senior):
In her final season with the Tigers, Holt appeared in all 29 matches and came up with 200 kills, averaging 1.77 kills per set, 64 digs, and 85 total blocks. She reached a season high of 13 kills in a 3-2 upset against Pepperdine on Nov. 3rd. To end her career, Alex Holt finishes with 399 kills, 1.39 kills per set, and 167 total blocks.
2017 (Redshirt-Junior):
Alex Holt played in 22 matches for hte Tigers, collecting 33 kills, 22 digs and 21 blocks. Her best performance came on Nov. 11 against Saint Mary''s, when she hit .357 (6-1-14) and averaged 6.5 points per set.
2016 (Redshirt-Sophomore):
Appearing in 14 matches in her redshirt-sophomore season at Pacific, Alex notched 32 total kills including a season-high eight in 14 total attacks in the Tigers'' straight-set victory at Auburn on August 27. She also had four kills in six total attacks without comitting any errors at #13 BYU on October 8.
2015 (Redshirt Freshman):
Thrust into the starting lineup and pushed into a new position in her first season of action, Alex played in 26 matches for the Tigers on the right-side. Playing the opposite pin, Alex came up with 134 kills, averaging 1.52 kills per set while adding 47 blocks and 21 digs. She recorded her first collegiate kill against South Dakota State on Aug. 28 and came up with her first double-digit kill effort later in the weekend with 13 kills against Northern Illinois on Aug. 29. Alex hit 10+ kills three time on the year, matching her season-best 13 kills at Portland on Sept. 26 in Pacific''s 3-1 victory.
2014 (Freshman):
Holt redshirted her first season with the Tigers, gaining valuable experience.
High School:
A three-year varsity player for Monterey Trail High School in Elk Grove, Calif., Holt graduated in 2014 after leading the Mustangs to back-to-back Delta Valley Conference titles in 2011-12 and 2012-13. As an outside hitter for the Mustangs, Alexandra earned All-DVC honors in each of her final two seasons while also being named the co-MVP of the conference as a senior in 2013-14. In addition to her MVP award, Holt was named to the second-team All-Metro Area team as a senior while also being named her school''s athlete of the year. Continuing to earn awards as a senior, Alexandra earned the US Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award in 2013-2014 along with the US Army Reserve Honor for Academic and Athletic Excellence. Off the court, Holt earned the 4.0+ GPA Recognition Award in each of her four years of high school while also earning the College Board AP Scholar Award in 2013, the Outstanding Scholar Award for the 2013-2014 school year, and the Social Science Departmental Award and Scholar Athlete Award as a senior.
Personal:
Alexandra Nicole Holt is the daughter of Rob Holt and Kris Wimberly. She has three siblings, Marqel, Robert, and Elizabeth. She is studying Spanish as well as Secondary Education at Pacific.
