2016 (Junior):
Katrin continued to solidify her standing as one of the top defenders in the WCC. She earned All-WCC Honorable Mention after leading the conference in digs per set with 4.63. She racked up 518 digs in 112 sets and added 96 assists and 19 service aces. She moved up to sixth on teh Tigers'' all-time digs list this season with 1,281. Gotterba had a season-best 31 kills in the Tigers'' 3-1 win at #8 UCLA on September 1. She had a season-high nine assists in Pacific''s straight-set victory vs. Gonzaga on September 24.

2015 (Sophomore):
Continuing her excellence on the court as Pacific''s starting libero, Gotterba led the way for the Tigers'' defensively with 437 digs for a 3.87 digs per set average. She led the team in digs in 23 matches while recording 20+ digs six different times. Katrin posted her first career double-double at Pepperdine on Oct. 3 when she tallied 19 digs and 10 assists for the Tigers. In just two seasons, Katrin broke into the Tigers'' all-time top-25 with 889 digs in two years. 

2014 (Freshman):
In her first season, Gotterba put together one of the finest defensive seasons in program history as the libero tallied a freshman single-season record 452 digs. Her dig total just missed cracking the program''s top-10 list as she ended two digs shy at No. 11 all-time while her 4.04 digs per set ranked No. 8 all-time. Gotterba made an immediate impact for the Tigers in just her third collegiate match as she set a program freshmen single-match record with 33 digs against then No. 5 USC, which tied for 5th all-time in Pacific''s record book. Her efforts helped lead the way for Pacific to finish with a conference-best 1,794 digs while averaging 16.02 digs per set as a team.

High School:
Gotterba came to Pacific from just down the road after a stellar career at St. Mary''s High School, from which she graduated in 2014. A defensive wiz for the Rams, Gotterba was a four-year starter for St. Mary''s and helped lead the Rams to the league title and to the semifinals of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division I playoffs as a senior. She was named Libero of the Year in the TCAL and was named to the all-area team for the third time in her four seasons. Off the high school courts, Gotterba is a member of Delta Valley Volleyball Club, playing alongside of fellow freshman Andie Shelton. Along with Shelton and fellow freshman Maycie LaBass, Gotterba represented the USA in the 2014 European Global Challenge in Pula, Croatia over the 2014 summer. The Global Challenge is a 24-team international tournament with top teams in u17 and u22 divisions from around the world. 

Personal:
Katrin Gotterba is from Stockton, Calif. and is the daughter of Claudia and Eddie Gotterba. She has a twin sister, Gianna, who plays volleyball at West Virginia. Katrin is pursuing a degree in business.
