Biography

2017 (R-Senior):
Started in all but one game in her final season. She was second on the team in goals with three and paced the Orange and Black in assists with three. Her 44 shots on the year led the team and so did her pair of game-winning goals. The Mission Viejo, Calif. native leaves Pacific T-16th all-time in career goals with ten and 18th in total points with 29. Her first goal of the year came in the 3-1 win against Portland State (Sept. 3) which was the early equalizer. She followed with a game winning goal against Portland (Oct. 1) and an assist the very next game against San Diego (Oct. 7). Her final career goal was another game winner as she scored in the 75th against San Francisco (Oct. 20). Following the season she became the first-ever All-WCC First Team honoree in program history.

2016 (Senior):
Hussar used her red-shirt option for the 2016 season.

2015 (Junior):
With four goals, Hussar was the leading scorer for the Tigers and started in 16 games. The forward also took a team-high 22 shots, 14 of which were on goal. The All-WCC Honorable Mention recipient was 2-2 in penalty kicks on the year, one of which put Pacific on the board in the win against Gonzaga (Oct. 9). In the 2-1 victory against Saint Mary’s (Oct. 24), Hussar netted both scores for the Tigers including the game-winner in the second overtime. 

2014 (Sophomore): 
In her second year, Hussar started all 19 matches and lead the Tigers midfield.  This season Hussar led the team with 30 shots as well as eleven shots-on-goal. The sophomore scored one goal, and had one assist for the Tigers, earning herself All-WCC Honorable Mention honors.  On August 29th she scored the game-winning goal against Quinnipiac.   

2013 (Freshman):
In her inaugural season at Pacific, Hussar started all 19 games and earned WCC All-Freshman team honors as well as All-WCC Honorable Mention accolades. The forward had a total of 27 shots for the season. She contributed two goals and four assists. She was ranked third on the team with eight points. Hussar then scored the game-tying goal against New Mexico on Sept. 15 and had an assist on Brittni Beeman''s goal that tied Drake.

High School:
Alex had a team-best 18 goals, adding six assists as she was named Most Valuable Player of the Sea View League in her senior season at Capistrano Valley High School. Hussar earned Elite Soccer Report Second Team All-America honors after the 2013 season. She had four matches with at least two goals on the season, helping the Cougars to a 21-match unbeaten streak. Capistrano Valley HS won the Excalibur Tournament title and were Sea View League champions. Alex also earned MVP honors at the Excalibur Tournament.
