STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific women's soccer program has unveiled its 2026 schedule on Thursday morning, as announced by head coach
Jeff Freeman.
Under the second-year leadership of Freeman and his staff, the Tigers will look to fight for a spot in the inaugural West Coast Conference women's soccer tournament, taking place Nov. 11-14. The regular season kicks off on Aug. 13 at Sacramento State, while the nine-game conference schedule starts Sept. 26 and will feature WCC newcomer Denver.
"Our 2026 game schedule really puts us in a place to build off last season and take the next step forward as a program," Freeman said. "The inclusion of Denver into the WCC continues to prove that the West Coast Conference is where high level programs want to be! I suspect we will see multiple NCAA tournament bids come out of our conference this year, and I could not be more excited for the first-ever WCC Tournament! We have an exciting slate of home games, and I can't wait to see our community rally around Pacific women's soccer and show up in a big way!"
The WCC Tournament will feature the top four finishing teams in the conference regular season. The four teams will play in a single elimination semifinals with the winner of each semifinal playing the conference title match. Each round of the WCC Tournament will be hosted by the highest seed.
Following a pair of exhibition matches (Fresno State on Aug. 5 and at Stanford on Aug. 8) Pacific shifts into high gear for its season opener at the Hornets on Aug 13., marking the first time the Tigers start a campaign on the road since the 2022 season.
Nevada presents the first challenge for the Pacific squad at Knoles Field on Aug. 20. The Tigers took down the Wolf Pack by a 2-1 score last season in Reno. Pacific will also host Weber State (Sept. 3), Cal Poly (Sept. 10) and Cal State Bakersfield (Sept. 13) as part of its non-conference schedule.
The remainder of the road non-conference slate features San Diego State (Aug. 27), UC San Diego (Aug. 30), UC Davis (Sept. 6) and UNLV (Sept. 17).
Pacific will begin WCC play at home against LMU on Sept. 26. The Tigers will welcome Seattle, Pepperdine, Saint Mary's and San Diego during league play. Pacific will hit the road for conference matches at Portland, Santa Clara, San Francisco and Denver.
