Box Score STOCKTON, Calif. – Unable to overcome an early deficit from the doubles portion, the Tigers dropped a 4-1 decision to Santa Clara on Sunday afternoon at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center.

Once on the court, the duo was involved in several close matches in the singles portion. The latter was tied 5-5 in the third set when play was halted while the former forced a tiebreaker in the second set.
Junior
Tiago Silva scored Pacific's (13-8, 4-2 WCC) point on the afternoon with a straight set win on court one in singles and won his doubles match on court three with his partner, freshman
Vraj Patel.
Fellow freshman
Jonty Giesen was one game away from notching the team's second point when play was halted, leading 5-2 in the third set.
The Tigers have one more regular season contest at Portland on Thursday before the conference tournament begins on Apr. 24.
