STOCKTON, Calif. – A wire-to-wire victory for the No. 25 Pacific women's water polo program saw the Tigers get off to a fast start and never look back in a 13-5 win over Fresno Pacific on Saturday at the Eberhardt Aquatics Center.

Pacific (10-8, 3-1 GCC) scored the first three goals of the game and led 6-1 early in the second quarter. The Tigers were up 9-3 at half and held Fresno Pacific (10-8, 0-2 WWPA) scoreless in the third to build a 12-3 advantage, which put it out of reach.

Nine different Tigers recorded a goal in the contest including sophomore Ella Cowan who tallied a goal and six assists. Seniors Natalie Johnston, Ilyana Zlobinsky and Hila Futorian, and sophomore Alicia Petkov notched two goals apiece.

Registering a goal each was senior Addison McGowan, junior Dora ALaksza, sophomore Anna Crum and sophomore Millie Jacobson.

In net, sophomore Maja Lizy Dulic played three quarters and blocked five saves. Freshman Laurel Cooper entered in the fourth quarter and rejected four saves.

The Tigers improved to 20-0 all-time against Fresno Pacific.
