Women’s Water Polo Announces 2026 Schedule

12/10/2025 11:09:00 AM

STOCKTON, Calif. – Featuring a dynamic mix of opponents and a challenging slate of Golden Coast Conference match-ups, the Pacific women's water polo program released its 2026 competition schedule.

The Tigers will open the season at home with back-to-back games at the Eberhardt Aquatics Center. It begins Thursday, Jan. 22 against Fresno Pacific at 6 p.m., followed by an exhibition match with UC Merced on Friday, Jan. 23 at 5 p.m.

Pacific will hit the road for a series of road games, including a marquee showdown at Cal on Jan. 31, which ended as a top-five team last year. The Tigers will compete in multi-team tournaments in February at Arizona State and Santa Clara.

Other non-conference games include a home affair against UC Davis and a trip to San Jose State.

Pacific will open conference play Friday, Feb. 27 at Azusa Pacific. It will also travel for league matches at San Diego State and Fresno State, and host LMU, Cal Baptist and Santa Clara.

"This schedule gives our team the opportunity to compete against strong competition early and often. It's a chance for our team to grow, compete and showcase the standard of Pacific Water Polo. We're thrilled to open at home and can't wait for the season to get underway," said head coach James Graham.

The 2026 GCC Championships will be hosted by Fresno State on April 10-12.
