SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference announced the 2025 Women's Soccer All-Academic Team on Thursday afternoon.
Pacific achieved eight student-athletes earning recognition on the WCC All-Academic honors with sophomore
Gianna Gagliano named to the WCC All-Academic Team. Redshirt junior
Faylinn Berkowitz, senior
Trianne Cooper, graduate student
Taylor Curtis, fifth year
Aniela Jensen, senior
Haley Johnson, sophomore
Kaya Rosa and redshirt junior
Mira Scarsella garnered All-Academic Honorable Mentions.
"This team is every bit as competitive in the classroom as we are on the field!" Pacific head coach Jeff Freeman said. "I love to see their hard work rewarded with the all-academic recognition and this team continues to make me proud in so many different ways!"
Gagliano, a native of Westminster, Colorado, received the honor for the first time in her career on the WCC All-Academic Team. Gagliano played the most minutes of any Tiger this season, accumulating 1,624 minutes in 19 matches. She scored her first career goal in a 2-1 victory at home over Santa Clara on Oct. 11. Gagliano earned a 4.00 GPA in the Spring 2025 semester.
At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA, while also being a significant contributor to her team and in at least their second year at their school.
