STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific men's basketball program continued to add depth and athleticism to its 2024-25 roster with the signing of Seth Jones.

Jones, from Dickinson, Texas, was the leading scorer for Tallahassee Community College last season with 16.0 points per game. He led the Eagles to a 20-13 record and a trip to the FSCAA DI/NJCAA South Atlantic District semifinals. The 6-2, 178 guard also led the squad in both assists (3.4 apg) and steals (1.8 spg).

According to jucorecruiting.com, Jones was ranked No. 94 in the nation in the 2024 JUCO Top-100 Player Rankings. He received interest from nearly a dozen other Division I programs.

In 2022-23, Jones played a season with Coastal Alabama – North and tallied a team-high 13.7 points per outing to go along with 3.5 assists per outing and a 1.3 assist:turnover ratio. He paced the team to a 23-8 overall record and 18-4 in conference.

Jones played prep ball at Dickinson High School in Texas and averaged 16.7 points, 3.9 assists and 2.5 steals per game in 2021-22. He was an All-State First-Team honoree and played in the 2022 Texas Association of Basketball (TABC) All-Star Game in San Antonio.

Jones will be pursuing a degree in business at Pacific. He'll have two years of eligibility remaining with the Tigers.
