STOCKTON, Calif. – Transferring from Nevada, Jazz Gardner was added to the 2024-25 Pacific men's basketball roster on Sunday.

Gardner comes in at 7-0, 230 from Pasadena, California. He was a four-star recruit out of high school according to ESPN & 247 Sports.

Gardner spent one season with Nevada and helped the team reach the NCAA Tournament after posting a 26-8 overall record and 13-5 in the Mountain West. Gardner averaged 2.5 points and 2.0 rebounds per game with season-highs of 13 points against Portland and eight rebounds against Sacramento State.

The center began his high school career at Los Altos HS before transferring to West Ranch HS ahead of his senior year. He guided West Ranch to a 29-3 record and a Foothill League Championship after going 12-0 in conference. Gardner earned All-Conference First-Team honors.

In his junior season, Gardner led Los Altos to a 26-7 overall mark and an appearance in the CIF State Playoffs. He averaged 19.2 points, 12.9 rebounds and 3.5 blocks per game and was named the MVP of the Iverson Classic after recording 26 points, 22 rebounds and five blocks.

Gardner will be pursuing a degree in Media X at Pacific.
