STOCKTON, Calif. – Pacific women's soccer co-head coaches
Danesha Adams and
J.J. Wozniak announced the addition of 12 student-athletes to the 2024 signing class.

"Today is an amazing day for our Pacific Tigers women's soccer program," Adams said. "To be able to announce this group of 12 players as our incoming class starting with the upcoming Fall 2024 season truly means the world to our staff and we can't wait for their arrival on our campus. We want to say congratulations to each of these quality individuals and we know they will represent our soccer program and University of the Pacific to the highest of standards both on and off the field."

Ashlyn DiGioia | Defender | San Antonio, Texas | Johnson HS | Classics Elite SA
DiGioia is a four year varsity starter for Johnson High School and has notched four goals and 22 assists. She helped guide the Jaguars to three Bi-District, one District and one Area championship in the last three years. DiGioia has received numerous accolades individually. She was selected to First Team All-District during her junior year. While playing for her club team Classics Elite, DiGioia earned Texas All-Conference Second Team and District Midfield MVP honors from the Elite Club National League.

"Ashlyn is a versatile player," Wozniak said. "She can play in the back and is a good 1v1 defender or in the midfield where she can create for others around her. We are really looking forward to adding a player with a great soccer IQ as well!"

Gianna Gagliano | Forward | Westminster, Colo. | Jefferson Academy HS | Broomfield SC
Gagliano has tallied 143 points on 56 goals and 31 assists in her high school career. Her best year was during her junior season when she notched 32 goals and 17 assists. Gagliano is a two-time First Team All-State recipient. She was also named to First Team All-Conference and All-Conference Honorable Mention.

"Gianna is going to provide athleticism and a physical presence to the wide positions," Wozniak said. "She is extremely competitive, and her willingness to defend at a high level enables her to be versatile enough to play in multiple roles, something that will be very valuable for our program."

Allie Lucas | Midfielder | Sacramento, Calif. | Inderkum HS | San Juan SC
During her time at Inderkum, Lucas led the Tigers to back-to-back section semifinal games in 2022 and 2023. She was selected to First Team All-League three times. The Tigers named Lucas Most Inspirational Player during her freshman year and MVP in her sophomore and junior seasons. Statistically, she recorded 49 goals, 25 assists and five hat tricks. Lucas played for her club team San Juan Soccer Club where was named to ECNL Northern California First Team All-Conference.

"Allie loves soccer," Adams said. "Her passion, desire, and determination will be an asset to our midfield. Along with her vision and ability to read the game."Â

Sierah McCallum | Forward | Henderson, Nev. | Coronado HS | Las Vegas SA
McCallum was a part of Cornado's two state championships in 2021 and 2023 and the runner-up team in 2022. She has played in 29 games and registered 76 points on 29 goals and 18 assists. McCallum was selected to the All-Tournament First Team as a junior and 5A All-League Team and Nevada Preps All-Southern Nevada Girls Second Team as a senior.

"Sierah is a proven goal scorer at the club level," Adams said. "Her ability to take players 1v1 and her competitiveness will be a huge addition to our team."

Maddie Molkenbuhr | Forward | Danville, Calif. | Monte Vista HS | Pleasanton Rage SC
Molkenbuhr is a two year letterwinner for Monte Vista. She was selected for Academic Honors in Sports four times and CIF President's List two times. Molkenbuhr plays for her club team Pleasanton Rage where she earned the Scholar-Athlete Award three times. She also participated on the Cal North Olympic Development Program State Team.

"Maddie is an attacking player that brings size, speed, and a physical presence," Wozniak said. "Her ability to score goals and take players 1v1 will be a huge asset to our program."

Brianna Norman | Forward | Corona, Calif. | Santiago HS | Legends FC
Norman helped Santiago win the Open Division Championship in 2024. The Sharks reached the finals of the CIF Division 1 State Tournament in 2022 and 2024. Norman plays for her club team Legends FC where the team won the Southwest Conference ECNL League title in 2022.

"Brianna is going to bring a goal scoring mentality," Wozniak said. "She is a physical and dynamic player with a good soccer IQ and will compete at a high level."

Kayla Pham | Forward | San Jose, Calif. | Leigh HS | Almaden FC
Pham was a First Team and Honorable Mention All-League recipient during her time at Leigh. She was a part of the Longhorns two high school league championships and the CIF Division 2 title in 2022. Pham participated in the Girls Academy Northwest Talent ID Clinic in 2023.

"We are excited to have Kayla," Adams said. "She is following in her mother's footsteps but we are excited to see her create her own story. She is a great goal scorer with a relentless engine. Her soccer IQ is top notch and will fit right into our style."

Maya Sarhan | Defender | Anaheim Hills, Calif. | Canyon HS | West Coast FC
Sarhan is a three year captain for Canyon. Her accomplishments include being selected to Second Team All-League, First Team All-League, Rookie of the Year and MVP. Sarhan was also named a scholar-athlete in each of her four years of high school. In 2021, she led her club team West Coast FC to a third place finish in nationals.

"Maya is a solid defender and good in 1v1 situations," Adams said. "She is good technically with a really good understanding of the game."

Sierra Schwarz | Goalkeeper | Orange, Calif. | Mater Dei HS | Slammers FC
Schwarz plays at Mater Dei High School where she was named the team's Defensive and Team Most Valuable Player. This season, she was selected MVP after leading the Monarchs to the Trinity League title. Mater Dei went on to finish in the second round of the CIF Open Division tournament. Schwarz set a career high in saves with 22 against No. 1 Santa Margarita Catholic in her senior season. When not playing for Mater Dei, she is playing for her club team Slammers FC. Schwarz led the team to the ECNL Southwest title and the quarterfinals of the ECNL National Tournament in 2023.

"Sierra has developed into a quality goalkeeper, very good technically and tactically, communicates and organizes her team well," Wozniak said. "She is a true student of the game with a quality level of soccer intelligence."

Abigail Seawright | Defender | Camarillo, Calif. | Oaks Christian HS | Eagles SC
Seawright is a captain for Oaks Christian School. She was selected as the team's Defensive MVP and All-League Second Team as a sophomore. Seawright led the Marmontes two CIF Division 2 runner up finishes in 2021 and 2022 before earning the title in 2023. She also represents her native country Puerto Rico as a member of the national team. Seawright participated in the senior national team's training camp and helped guide the U20 team to the CONCACAF Qualifiers in 2023.

"Abby brings international flare to our group, having played at the Youth National team level for Puerto Rico," Wozniak said. "She is a great defender who has so much composure on the ball and will add to our ability to play out of the back."Â Â

Nia Vela | Forward | Oceanside, Calif. | Murrieta Mesa HS | Sporting California
Vela played most of her career at the club level and currently is a part of Sporting California ECNL. She didn't start playing high school soccer until her senior year. In her one season with Murrieta Mesa, Vela appeared in 14 games and registered six goals.

"Nia is a dynamic winger who plays with a ton of confidence and looks to impact the game in the final third," Adams said. "Her willingness to take players on sets her apart, gets in great spots on the field to score goals, and she is a proven winner at the club level."

Rina Ogimoto | Midfielder | Oita, Japan | Hinouioto HS |Â Arizona Western College
Ogimoto comes to Pacific as a transfer from Arizona Western College. She was a part of the Lady Matadors' NJCAA national tournament run this season where they finished third overall. Ogimoto was also a part of Arizona Western's quest to win the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference title.

"Rina will be a great asset to our team," Adams said. "She is very technical with a great understanding of the game. She is going to add to our ability to link through the midfield. She is transferring from a junior college which will be an adjustment, but we are looking forward to seeing Rina in the WCC."
