STOCKTON, Calif. – In its only game this week, the Pacific men's basketball program returns home to host Santa Clara at 7 p.m. Thursday in a blackout at the Alex G. Spanos Center.
The Tigers (6-13, 0-4 WCC) wrapped-up a three-game road swing and are in a stretch of four road games in five outings. They'll play their second WCC home game of the year after dropping a very close 92-88 decision to San Francisco in overtime on Jan. 4.
The Tigers are 804-445 all-time at home, 341-212 in the Spanos Center and 5-5 this year. They can get above .500 at home this season with a win Thursday.
Sophomore
Moe Odum leads the West Coast Conference in assist:turnover ratio with a 2.6 mark. He's also second in the league in assists (4.8 apg) and top-five in steals (1.4 spg). With 19 points and 10 assists against San Francisco, he became the first student-athlete at Pacific to submit a double-double in points and assists since Pierre Crockrell II posted 10 points and 10 assists against Portland on Feb. 13, 2020.
Senior
Nick Blake has provided a spark for Pacific since his return. After missing the first 11 games of the year, he's come back to average a team-high 10.6 points per outing. Blake has scored in double-figures in six of the last seven games.
In conference games, senior
Donovan Williams leads the squad with 12.3 points per game. He's posted four double-figure scoring games in a row.
Santa Clara (12-7, 3-1 WCC) started conference play strong by winning its first three league games including a 77-76 win against Gonzaga. The Broncos tallied non-conference victories over Stanford 89-77, Oregon 88-82 and Washington State 69-61.
Santa Clara leads the WCC in three-point percentage with a .368 clip. Adama-Alpha Bal scores 15.4 points per game and shoots .395 from long range, while Carlos Marshall Jr. puts in 12.9 points per outing and shoots .438 from distance.

NOTES
- The Tigers won the last meeting between the two teams 95-89 on Jan. 28, 2023 at Santa Clara.
- Pacific has made more free throws than the opposition and posted a positive turnover margin in three of four WCC games this year.
- The Tigers are 5-1 this season when leading at half. In three seasons under head coach
Leonard Perry, Pacific is 25-9 when leading at half, 22-12 when it makes more threes than the opposition and 6-0 when hold the opposition to under 60 points.
- Pacific is 3-1 this season in games decided by one possession (three points or less).
- In the WCC opener against San Francisco, senior
Lesown Hallums, Jr. poured in a career-high 25 points and was a scorching 9-of-11 from the field and 3-of-4 from long range.
- Pacific's non-conference slate was highlighted by an 87-79 road victory over Cal on Nov. 10. It was the first win over Cal in 11 tries dating back to Dec. 10, 1954 when the Tigers won 82-77 in Berkeley 69 seasons ago. It was Pacific's first win over a Pac-12 opponent since Dec. 17, 1994 when it beat Oregon State at home 72-66.
- The Tigers have used 10 different starting lineups in 19 games this year. Junior
Burke Smith made his first career start Thursday at Pepperdine and recorded four points and three rebounds.
