STOCKTON, Calif. - The Pacific women's tennis team (6-4, 1-1) is set to host the Pepperdine Waves (10-2, 1-0) and the Loyola Marymount Lions (6-6, 1-2) at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center.
The Tigers are coming off a 4-1 win against the Santa Clara Broncos. Despite dropping the doubles point in the contest, Pacific came back and powered through singles, sweeping all the points. Sophomores
Alexis Sam and
Tomi Main both continued to improve their singles competitions and picked up points.

Karina Chao has continued to impress and remained undefeated, with ten straight singles wins, shutting out her opponent at #3 singles against the Broncos.
The Lions are on a two-match losing streak and are coming off a shutout loss to Pepperdine. They are 3-5 on the road this season.
The Waves have been hot this season, winning their last 7 matches. Pepperdine has shut out their opponents in the last 4 of 7 matches. They are 4-0 on the road.
Pacific will host Pepperdine on Friday, March 31, with first serve at noon. The Tigers will be back in action on Saturday, April 1, with the first serve at noon.
