STOCKTON, Calif.- The Pacific women's tennis team (2-2) travels to take on UC San Diego (5-5) at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 4. With the postponement of last weekend's match against Sacramento State, the Tigers look to get back on track against the Tritons.
The Tigers are coming off a 4-3 win against Tarleton State, where sophomore
Karina Chao and senior
Klara Kosan continued their impressive starts to the spring season.Â
Pacific is continuously shining in the doubles matches this season, only losing one doubles point out of the first four matches. Sophomores
Alexis Sam and
Tomi Main have been among the best doubles pairings, winning their last two matches.Â
UC San Diego has started the season with a .500 winning percentage yet is only 1-2 in Big West Conference. The Tritons are coming off a 5-2 loss at Cal State Fullerton. Like the Tigers, the Tritons are coming off a well-rested break due to postponements.Â
