The Pacific women's tennis team (5-3) is set to open up West Coast Conference play on the road this week with two matches, one against San Francisco (6-5) and one against Santa Clara (0-9).
The Tigers are coming off of a solid east coast road trip where they won two contests. In their first match of the road trip, against Richmond, they dominated in doubles and won four of six singles points. In their final match of the road trip, against Long Island, Pacific edged out a contest win,
4-3.

Karina Chao picked up her eighth singles win of the spring season along the road trip and was named the WCC Women's Tennis Singles Player of the Week. Sophomores

Klara Kosan picked up two singles wins.
San Francisco has a two-match win streak but is 0-1 in conference play. San Francisco is 1-1 at home this spring.
Santa Clara has had a rough start to its season, being shut out in their last five contests.
Pacific will take on San Francisco on Fri. March 24 in San Francisco, with the first serve at noon.
Pacific will then travel to Santa Clara to face the Broncos on Sat. March 25, with the first serve at noon.
