STOCKTON, Calif. - Pacific men's tennis adds another to its roster for the fall of 2024, welcoming Vraj Patel this past week. The Tigers newest signing class rounds to four, with two set to join at the turn of the new year and two this upcoming fall.

"Vraj is a brilliant student, and a talented tennis player that will not only contribute to our success, but will have a fantastic impact on team culture," head coach Robin Goodman shared, "Vraj truly loves tennis and is the sort of person who gives his best effort at everything he does. It is also exciting that we are attracting some of the best talent in California. I cannot wait to get working with Vraj next fall."

Patel, a native of Clovis, Calif., expertly walks the blended path of a student-athlete. He has a UTR of 11.73 and ranks 71 in the country. The four star recruit won nationals in Southern California and was named an All-American. Academically, he ranks top-3 in his class in both unweighted and weighted GPAs (#1 in unweighted, #2 in weighted).

The eldest of four, Patel was inspired by the work ethic of his future teammates at Pacific. He admired the positive energy on campus and looks forward to his first semester and competing this upcoming fall.
