STOCKTON, Calif. - Pacific men's basketball returns for another home contest, hosting the Stanislaus State Warriors at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 18 at the Alex G. Spanos Center. It's the Tigers' second to last home game of 2023.

Pacific (4-8) is led by senior guard/forward
Judson Martindale, who's averaging 10.9 PPG for the Tigers. He's 45-of-99 from the floor through 12 contests and leads the team with 17 made three pointers. In Pacific's most recent matchup, he scored 10 points, going 4-of-5 from the floor and netting 1-of-2 shots from beyond the arc.

Assisting him is sophomore guard
Moe Odum, who continues to facilitate the Tigers offensive efforts. The sophomore is averaging 8.0 PPG, shooting 34-of-94 from the floor, while netting 16 three pointers this season. He had 15 points, eight assists and four steals on Saturday, which brought his season total to 55 assists on the year. Odum's 4.6 assists per game ranks him second in the conference and top-50 in the country. He is also second in the WCC in assist:turnover ratio (2.4).

Debuting for the first time this season was senior guard
Nick Blake, who saw 21 minutes of action for Pacific. Coming off the bench and scoring nine points for the Tigers, Blake was pivotal from the charity stripe, going 6-of-8. Blake recorded a block, three assists and two steals in his first game of 2023-24.

Stanislaus State (4-6) plays its first game in two weeks after a 95-83 loss to Cal State Los Angeles on Dec. 9. The Warriors have three players averaging double digit scoring efforts this season. Junior guard John Wade III leads them all with 13.3 PPG, while going 40-of-97 from the floor. The junior is averaging 5.4 rebounds and 3.0 assists a game in his first season with Stanislaus State.

Junior guard Dontrell Hewlett, also in his first season with the Warriors, is averaging 12.5 PPG off 39.2 percent shooting from the floor. Junior guard Tony Singleton rounds out the trio, with 10.2 PPG in his third season with Stanislaus State. He's 27-of-67 from deep, while shooting 36.5 percent from the floor.

The Tigers are 9-0 all-time against the Warriors. The series dates back to the 1996-97 season, with all nine contests having been played in Stockton. Pacific took the most recent matchup 80-56 a year ago.
