LOS ANGELES, Calif.- Pacific women's tennis spent the weekend in Southern California for the Women of Troy Invite, taking on Utah, CSUN, and host USC. The Tigers captured seven wins over the three-day stretch, including a four-singles match sweep over CSUN on Saturday.
 
The Tigers opened their Friday match against the Utes with junior Tomi Main and fifth year senior Klara Kosan downing Utah tandem Sam Horwood and Ana Cruz 6-2 in doubles. Main went perfect on the day in both of her appearances as she captured the 3-6, 6-3, 10-4 win over Kat Lyman later that afternoon.
 
On Saturday, the Tigers took on CSUN and went a perfect 4-0 in their singles matches. Kosan edged out Sasha Turchak 6-2, 4-6, 10-5, while Main got the upper hand over Yulia Zhytelna 6-4, 6-4. Freshman Indiya McLeod collected her first win with the Tigers, handing Victoria Santibañez-Luna a 6-2, 3-6, 10-8 defeat. Junior Megan Carmichael rounded out the day for Pacific with a 6-4, 6-3 win over Angela Ho.
 
The final day of the competition saw the Tigers and the Trojans in a head-to-head battle. Kosan edged out McKenna Koenig 1-6, 7-6 (3), 11-9 for the win in singles. The fifth year collected a 2-1 mark in her singles matches on the weekend.
 
The Tigers return next weekend for the ITA Regional in Stanford, Calif.
