The Tigers (11-26, 1-2) fell behind early as the Broncos (16-22, 2-1) gained a 3-0 advantage after two innings of play.

Emily Budelli from third base.
Bethany Hammer continued her hot streak at the plate and followed Hamilton with an RBI single up the middle, cutting the deficit to just one. Hammer tallied six hits in three games this weekend, the most hits in a three-game span in her career.
Pacific continued to fight back and broke through in the sixth inning, tying the game at three. With two outs and

Santa Clara pulled through the next inning, tallying the game-winning run to solidify the victory.
"We fell behind early and did a tremendous job climbing back into the game," Head Coach
Brian Kolze stated after the game. "With both teams fighting, it would come down to one hit, and they got one timelier hit than we did."
Pacific returns to action on Friday, April 15, as the Tigers take on San Diego in a West Coast Conference contest at Bill Simoni Field.
