STOCKTON, Calif. – At this point in the season there are not many new faces for the Tigers. However, when Pacific hosts San Diego on Monday it will be the first time the two teams have faced off this season.
Anaya James had quite the week, scoring 19 points against Saint Mary's on Saturday after recording a triple-double on Monday against Santa Clara.

THE BACKCOURT:
Anaya James recorded her first career triple-double against Santa Clara and leads the Tigers in points, assists and minutes per game. James is one of six DI freshman with at least 11.0 PPG, 4.5 RPG, and 2.5 APG.
Liz Smith is third on the Tigers in points per game, second in assists and is tied with James for the lead in minutes played.
Erica Adams is second in steals and is third in minutes played. Adams has also started more games than any other Tiger this season.
THE FRONTCOURT:
Elizabeth Elliott won her second Freshman of the Week award and has the most double-digit point games on the team. Elliott also leads the Tigers in rebounds per game.
Madelene Ennis is one of three Tigers to play in every game this season and is third in rebounds per game and is fifth in minutes played.
RANKS IN THE WCC:
James is eighth in the WCC in scoring. Ashby is third in the WCC in three-point percentage. Elliott is eleventh in the WCC in scoring and third in points per 40 minutes at 23.3.
HISTORY BETWEEN THE TWO:
The Tigers swept the Toreros in the 2020-21 season, winning both games in close matchups. The Tigers are 4-2 over their past six against San Diego.
