STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific Women's Basketball team kicks off its final week of regular season play this week as they travel to Saint Mary's on Thursday.
Freshman sensation
Anaya James led the Tigers last Saturday against Loyola Marymount, scoring 26 points for her second-highest total this season, as the Tigers dropped to the Lions 69-66.

Anaya James recorded her first career triple-double (13 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists) against Santa Clara. She currently leads the Tigers in points, assists, steals, minutes per game and ?20-point games.
Jordan Cruz and
Sam Ashby have been sharpshooters for the Tigers this season, Ashby is leading the team in three-point percentage and Cruz leads the team in total threes made.
THE FRONTCOURT:
Elizabeth Elliott has the most double-digit point games on the team with 20 and is second in points per game. Elliott also leads the Tigers in rebounds per game.
Madelene Ennis is the only Tiger to play in every game this season. She ranks third on the team in rebounds per game and fifth in minutes played. Elliot and Ennis are both top five in total minutes played for the Tigers.
RANKS IN THE WCC:
James is eighth in the WCC in scoring at 14.4 and fourth in assists per game at 4.4. Elliott is tenth in the WCC in scoring at 12.6 and fourth in points per 40 minutes at 22.7.
Jordan Cruz is second in the WCC in threes made per 40 minutes at 3.6.
HISTORY BETWEEN THE TWO:
The two teams met earlier this month, with the Gaels getting the win 96-80. Over the past ten matchups the Tigers have a 6-4 record against the Gaels.
