STOCKTON, Calif. – The Tigers start a four game roadtrip this week, with three games in southern California and starting with Pepperdine on Tuesday, Feb 15.
Anaya James was named WCC Freshman of the Week for the sixth time this season. James scored 23 points in the Tigers win over Portland and led the Tigers in points, rebounds and assists during the week.

Anaya James recorded her first career triple-double against Santa Clara and leads the Tigers in points, assists, steals and minutes per game. James is one of six DI freshman with at least 11.0 PPG, 4.5 RPG, and 2.5 APG.
Jordan Cruz and
Sam Ashby have been sharpshooters for the Tigers this season, with both guards being the top three for three-point shooting percentage this season.
THE FRONTCOURT:
Elizabeth Elliott has the most double-digit point games on the team while being second in points per game. Elliott also leads the Tigers in rebounds per game.
Madelene Ennis is the only Tiger to play in every game this season and is third in rebounds per game and is fifth in minutes played.
RANKS IN THE WCC:
James is eighth in the WCC in scoring, fourth in assists per game and tenth in the WCC in three-point percentage. Elliott is ninth in the WCC in scoring and third in points per 40 minutes at 23.5.
Jordan Cruz is second in the WCC in threes made per 40 minutes.
HISTORY BETWEEN THE TWO:
The Tigers rode a 24-point fourth quarter as they crashed over the Waves at home on January 22. The Tigers are on a three-game win streak against the Waves and are 7-3 over the past ten games.
