Box Score BERKELEY, Calif. – The #6 Pacific men's water polo team's storied 2022 journey (22-7) came to an end in the semifinal round of the NCAA tournament.
The Tigers fell to the Golden Bears (22-2) 16-9 Saturday afternoon.
"This program is built on the foundation of adaptation and perseverance," said Head Coach
James Graham. "We will persevere, adapt and overcome. We will be back."
Sophomore
Mihailo Vukazic led the Tigers with three goals. Senior
Bogdan Djerkovic found the back of the net twice for the Tigers. Senior co-captain

Reuel D'Souza and sophomore
Filip Norell each scored one for Pacific.
D'Souza assisted on four Tiger goals, followed by Stanic with three assists. Sophomore
Ran Souva had one.
Djerkovic and D'Souza each had two field blocks. Cote and Vukazic each had one defensive field block.
D'Souza and Souva each had a steal to give possession back to the Tigers.
Djerkovic had five drawn exclusions, giving Pacific multiple advantages throughout the game. Cote drew two exclusions from the Bears. Senior
Matthew Hosmer, D'Souza and junior
Flynn Howarth each had one.
Graduate student goalkeeper
Bae Fountain had eight saves, one assist and two steals. Senior goalkeeper
Joey MacLeane had one save.
