Tigers Compete in The Goodwin

PALO ALTO, Calif. – Pacific's men's golf team competed in the Goodwin golf tournament at Stanford Golf Course.
 
The Tigers finished No. 27 overall for the tournament shooting 899(+59) as a team.
 
Arizona State won the tournament by posting a team score of 825(-15), with host school Stanford coming in second at 833(-8).
 
Sam Harned of Nevada and Blake Hathcoat of St. Mary's shot 200(-10) tying for first place of the three-day tournament.

Redshirt junior Riley Killip and sophomore Griffin Long led the way for UOP as they finished tied for No. 82 overall shooting 222(+12) across the three days of competition.
 
Sophomore Petr Janik finished tied for No. 121 overall with a score of 227(+17). 
 
Making his 2021 debut, freshman Thomas O'Rourke shot tied for No. 127 overall and a score of 228 (+18), and freshman Haakon Mathiesen recorded a score of 236(+26).

The Tigers will return to action two weeks from now for the El Macero Classic hosted by UC Davis on April 10-12.
