STOCKTON, Calif. – Pacific women's tennis got back in the win column with a 4-3 victory over Northern Arizona at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center.
"Great win for our squad today as we worked through a couple of rain delays," Pacific head coach
Mike Erwin said. "Really happy with how we competed starting in doubles. That carried over into singles as Maya and Maile both won in straight sets. With the match tied 3-3, Danielle came up big and clinched the match in a third set tiebreak. She's been battling an injury, and it was terrific to see her hard work and dedication pay off in her performance.
Doubles:
- The Lumberjacks won the doubles point by coming out on top in two of the three doubles matches.
- Pacific won the doubles point by taking two of the three doubles matches.
