ROCKLIN, Calif. – The University of the Pacific's Cross Country team completed its second meet of the 2021 season at the Jessup Invitational at William Jessup University on Saturday.
How it Happened:
- Saturday's track meet was the second of the season for the Tigers, and it was the debut for senior Saira Purhar who ran a 21:10 in the 5000m.
- Every Pacific participant ran the 5000m on Saturday as it was the lone event for the women's portion of the meet.
- Redshirt senior Emma Winkler was the bright spot for the Tigers finishing seventh overall and sixth in points with her time of 19:22.
