POSTGAME QUOTE
Pacific head coach
Adam Reeves following Friday's season opener:
"It was great to be back on the field for the first time in over 400 days. I was extremely proud of our effort, regardless of the result. Unfortunately in the second half you can see we were very tired, partly because of the stress Stamford puts on you and partly through COVID and injuries during our preseason. Ultimately, we will will get some guys healthy, eligible and fit and be a different team in a few weeks."
