STOCKTON, Calif.- The Pacific women's basketball program has temporarily suspended team activities after a Tier 1 member of the program has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Per university protocol, team activities will remain on hold for at least 14 days and will resume when it is deemed safe by appropriate medical professionals.
After consultation with the Pac-12 Conference and the West Coast Conference, the contest between Stanford and Pacific on Sunday, Nov. 29 has been canceled as well as the Dec. 2 home opener against Fresno State. The Tigers will not begin their season until Dec. 13th on the road at San Jose State. Further schedule adjustments or changes will be announced at a later date via pacifictigers.com.
