Tigers Drop 1-0 Decision to Portland State

STOCKTON, Calif. – Brenna Crump collected seven saves and Pacific outshot Portland State 15-11, but it wasn't enough as the Tigers fell 1-0 to the Vikings Sunday afternoon at Knoles Field.

  • The Tigers jumped on the offensive early, as Jenae Packard hit the left post just 21 seconds into the game.
  • Lauren Frohan made her collegiate debut, making the starting XI and seeing 26 minutes of action. 
Statistically Speaking:
  • Crump's seven saves matched a career high for the freshman, equaling the seven she racked up against Sacramento State on September 5. 
  • Packard and Isabella Pariente led the Tigers with four shots apiece, with Pariente adding two on frame. 
  • Packard recorded the Tigers' first two shots of the afternoon.
