Tigers Sign Daniss Jenkins for 2019-20 Season

STOCKTON, Calif. – Head Coach Damon Stoudamire and his staff have added another incoming freshman to their 2019-20 roster — a 6'3" guard out of Dallas Hillcrest High School.

Daniss Jenkins, a two-time all-region selection averaged 24.5 points, 7.1 assists, 3.5 steals and 2.0 blocks per game as a senior en route to being named the Dallas Independent School District Offensive Player of the Year and a finalist for the Dallas ISD Most Valuable Player. 

"Daniss is a player who will definitely have an impact on our program," expressed Stoudamire. "His upside is tremendous and his ability to be a two-way player will be invaluable. He is a high character kid who Pacific fans will fall in love with."

Jenkins' 2018-19 accolades include being named his team's Most Valuable Player and MVP for the Dallas v. Terrant County All-Star Game.

Jenkins joins an incoming class that includes Casper College transfers Broc Finstuen and James Hampshire,  Georgia Tech transfer Justin Moore, Idaho State graduate transfer Gary Chivichyan, and fellow true freshman out of St. John Bosco High School, Jonathan Salazar.
