LAST TIME OUT:
  • Playing in their final road game of the 2019 season, the Tigers traveled to the Bay Area to face San Francisco. Despite the Dons scoring the first goal of the match at 59:42, Pacific found the equalizer in the 84th minute as sophomore Ryan Her netted his second goal of the season to even the score at one with the clock winding down.
  • Battling dense fog throughout the entire night, UOP secured their sixth overall and third conference victory of the season when senior Johnatan Rico-Contreres found the back of the net in overtime at 99:34, giving the Tigers a 2-1 win over the Dons. This was the first goal for the Half Moon Bay native since he scored on Oct. 19 in a loss at Santa Clara.

SERIES HISTORY:
  • The Tigers and Bulldogs will meet for the seventh time in program history on Saturday night, with Gonzaga currently holding a 3-2-1 advantage heading into the match. However, Pacific brings a two-game win streak against the Zags into the contest having topped their WCC rival the past two seasons.
  • UOP is looking to close out their 2019 season with their third consecutive victory, a feat they have yet to achieve this year. The Tigers are also aiming to move above .500 in conference play as they currently boast a 3-3 record in WCC action.
