Pacific Heads to Saint Marys for Critical WCC Match

STOCKTON, Calif.- The Pacific men's soccer team (4-8-1, 1-2-0) will hit the road on Wednesday afternoon for a crucial conference matchup as they travel to Moraga to face No. 11 Saint Mary's (12-1-0, 3-0-0) at 3:00 pm.
 
The match will be available to view live at game time on The WCC Network.

LAST TIME OUT:
  • The Tigers dropped an overtime heartbreaker to LMU, 2-1, at Knoles Field on Saturday, Oct. 19.
  • Despite an LMU goal early in the second half, senior Andreas Charalambous netted his second goal of the season on a penalty kick in the 74th minute to even the match at one.
  • Unfortunately, the Lions would score just six minutes into the first overtime period to secure the 2-1 victory. 
SERIES HISTORY:
  • Pacific and Saint Mary's will meet on the pitch for the seventh time overall on Wednesday, with SMC holding a 5-0-1 advantage heading into the match. UOP is still seeking their first-ever victory over the Gaels.
