PORTLAND, Ore.- The Pacific men's soccer team begins conference play tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 12 as they make the trip north to face off against the Portland Pilots.

LAST TIME OUT:
- The Tigers were defeated by the University of Denver, 2-1, on Sunday, Oct. 6. Freshman Derick Roque scored the lone goal for Pacific in the 76th minute of the match.

TALE OF THE TAPE:
- Despite dropping their previous three matches, Pacific enters conference play with an overall record of 3-6-1. Aiming to get back in the win column, the Tigers will match up against a Portland team that currently holds a 4-1-1 record at home, with their only loss at Merlo Field coming at the hands of Coastal Carolina on Sept. 1.
- UOPÂ enters the contest with a 3-3 record against the Pilots since 2014. The Tigers defeated Portland, 3-2, in their last matchup on Nov. 3, 2018 at Knoles Field.
- Saturday's showdown with the Pilots marks the third of four consecutive road games for Pacific. Following this meeting, the Tigers will have a week off before they head to Santa Clara on Oct. 19 for another 7:00 pm contest. UOP's next home match is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26 versus Loyola Marymount, when Pacific will honor Breast Cancer Awareness throughout the night.
