Arkansas-Pine Bluff enters Friday's contest still looking for their first win of the season after an 0-6 start. They most recently dropped a 71-54 decision to Texas State at the Spanos Center on Wednesday night. Texas State, after its win versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Wednesday night, is 2-2 following an 0-2 start to the season. Canisius, following a 60-52 loss at Tennessee State on Tuesday, is 1-3 entering Friday's action.

All games involving Pacific will be televised on TheW.tv, with Zack Bayrouty (play-by-play) and Bob Thomason (analyst) calling the action. Friday and Saturday's contests will also be simulcast on the radio at 1280 AM KWSX in Stockton and via the iHeart Radio app. Sunday's 3 p.m. matinee versus Canisius will be broadcast exclusively on TheW.tv and not available on radio due to contractual obligations with the NFL.
