Stockton, Calif. - The Pacific Tigers women's tennis team was defeated by No. 73 Boise State, 6-1, on Sunday, Mar. 19.

The loss dropped the Tigers to 9-7 overall, while Boise State moved to 11-3.

Playing without their top two players, the Tigers got a victory at the No. 1 singles position from freshman Jolanta Twarowska (Hamburg, Germany) as she defeated the Broncos' Megan Biorkman, 7-5, 6-3. Unfortunately, that was the only point the Tigers could manage.

The Tigers will be back in action on Saturday, Mar. 25 as Pacific travels to Fresno, Calif. to take on the Fresno State Bulldogs at 12 p.m.
